Comeback to Hospitality, Travel & Leisure

The first ever cross-industry returners programme that helps make the transition back to work easier and a success

Comeback to HTL is part of Women in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure 2020 (WiH2020) an industry wide initiative aiming to rally the whole industry around key objectives of making the sector attractive to returners by fostering a culture of inclusivity, supporting more flexible working practices and resulting in greater diversity in leadership positions

WOMEN TO WATCH IN HTL INDEX 2019 NOMINATION REQUEST

We are delighted to launch the first edition of the Women to Watch in HTL Index in partnership with The MBS Group. We are seeking your nominations for the Women to Watch in HTL Index.

In particular, nominations are sought for women who stand out from their peer group and excel in the following areas:

• Leadership

• Commercial impact

• Entrepreneurialism and innovation

• Wider contribution to the sector

• Wider contribution to society

We are going to tell their stories, share their tips for getting to where they are, unearth the lessons they have learned along the way and understand their aspirations. They are the future CEOs, Chairs, Non-Executive Directors and Executives in our sector and will be role models for all generations.

Nominations will open on the 1st of May and will close on the 17th of June.

The 2019 Women to Watch Index will be published in October 2019.
